HOMESTAY WITH MEALS ( BREAKFAST & DINNER) $795.00 PER MONTH

HOMESTAY WITH NO MEALS $690.00 PER MONTH

The Homestay placement includes all utilities, furnished room, private or shared bathroom. Homestay plan with out meals allow the student to use the host family kitchen to cook meals.

We pick our host families carefully and in safe areas close to the school as possible.

We assist the student with telephone connection, banking services, familiarizing the student with bus rout to school and give the student general orientation and special assistance to make the student feel welcome and comfortable.

Agreement and release of liability:


I waive and release all claims against Regency West Co. and its agents including any person or entity employed or utilized by Regency West Co. and its suppliers in the USA for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or expense resulting from events beyond the company control, including acts of God, war, strikes, violence, sickness or quarantine, government restrictions or regulations or any acts of omission by any Homestay host, hotel, bus company, landlord, taxi service, restaurant, school or other firm, company or individual.


I understand that I am responsible for exercising due caution and common sense at all times to avoid injuries.


I understand that Regency West Co. is not providing me with any form of insurance and it is my responsibility to obtain my own insurance. If I become ill or incapacitate, Regency West Co. may take such action as it considers necessary, including medical care and homeward transportation, at my expense.


I indemnify Regency West Co. its agents and employees and hold them harmless, for any financial liability or obligation which I personally incur, or injury or damage to the person or property of others which I caused or contributed to.

This agreement become effective upon execution. I understand and accept all terms and condition of this contract.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. HOMESTAY ACCOMMODATION: Agents or students will make requests to Regency West Company, by mail ,fax or e-mail as to what Homestay option they will like to apply to, with meals or without meals. Regency West company will confirm the Homestay availability option to include the information about the Host family, accommodation and the distance to school.

  2. APPLICATION AND PAYMENTS: All students require to complete the application and fax or mail it and bank wire the minimum of $200.00 application fee, $100.00 security deposit fee, $60.00 air port pickup fee and one month homestay fee. The balance of the Homestay fee to be paid, by the student, on arrival day to the USA. If the student arrival date is within two month of applying for Homestay, the total Homestay fee, application fee, security deposit and airport pickup fee is due and must be bank wired to Regency West Company account. The wire transfer information is on the first page of the application.

  3. ARRIVAL INFORMATION: Agents or students will inform Regency West Co. as soon as it is available, to the arrival date, flight number, airline name, departure and arrival time. If there are any changes to the arrival information, Regency West Co. should be notify.

  4. REQUEST TO CHANGE HOST: If the student requesting to change a host, No extra fee will be charged. Only under special circumstances the student should request a change of Host family and 30 days notice should be apply. Homestay fees are none refundable.

  5. PERSONAL SERVICES: Upon arrival and airport pickup, our personnel will assist the student with telephone connection, banking services, familiarizing the student with the bus rout to school and will give the student general orientation and special assistance to make the student feel welcome and comfortable. There is No extra charge for the service.

  6. HOMESTAY EXTENSION: 30 days prior to Homestay's ending date, student may extend the Homestay stay by requesting new contract from Regency West Co. and paying the Homestay fee. If the student will not request, 30 days prior of Homestay's ending date, an extension, the Homestay will be assign to other student.

  7. TERMINATION AND REFUND: Regency West Co. reserve the right to terminate without a refund a student's Homestay arrangement if the student is found to have behaved with gross misconduct or broke the State and or Federal law of the United States. No refund will be issued to student who leave the Homestay prior to the end of the contract, with the exception of the security deposit.
